Getting Involved in the CA APM Beta Community

Hi, I'm Chris, one of the CA APM product managers and owner of the CA APM Beta Community group.  The CA APM product team has kicked into high gear and is moving faster than ever before.  Are you interested in seeing what's coming next for CA APM?  Do you want your voice to be heard more clearly as we consider and develop new solution capabilities for APM?

<Yes, of course you do!>

We invite you to get involved with the CA APM Beta Community Group, the primary mechanism for interacting with the CA product team on work-in-progress.  We use this sub-community inside the CA APM community to discuss topics that aren't ready for public review just yet.  This includes sharing lists of upcoming features, asking for your feedback, etc.

How to Join the CA APM Beta Community Group

For more details on this work and to get involved in this private community, simply complete the following steps:

  1. First, enroll at http://bit.ly/apmbeta_start.  You'll be led through a one-time NDA and short approval process.  Please sign up with your corporate email account, not a generic shared mailbox and not your personal (gmail.com, outlook.com, etc.) accounts.  The approval should be processed quickly.
  2. Second, request to join the CA APM Beta Community Group at http://bit.ly/apmbeta_community.  (We're working to automate this step).  This online forum will be the primary interaction point between you and the CA APM product team; this is a forum for review of designs under consideration, end-of-sprint demos, and so forth.

Remember, membership in this community is individual; if you have other team members at your company that would like to participate in this program, ask each of them to follow the steps above as well.

Once you're enrolled, we'll tell you about our roadmap plans and share early access to software at http://bit.ly/apmbeta_community.  That's what you'll want to bookmark.  You'll get notifications the exact same way you do here on the CA APM public community.

We know that an important part of building amazing software is ensuring that it not only matches our customer needs, but that it delights you in ways you didn't even know you needed!  Join us to learn more about how we're reinventing APM.

Regards,

Chris
