I had discussed few cases with customers recently which about some functions blocked on their application after enabled the BRTM (Browser Agent), so, I would like to intro one important step in the BRTM troubleshooting, the response cookies may need to be disabled to prevent impact on some applications, and how to disable BRTM response cookies and what is the impact on metrics.
