Once a month we'll shine our virtual spotlight on one of the CA DevTest community's members. It's just a fun, easy way for us to get to know one another a little bit beyond our work-related interactions here on the site. This month, we're featuring Surya Anil Kumar Suravarapu, Senior Associate at Cognizant Technology Solutions.

One word that describes how you work:  Awesome!

How do you use CA Communities and any suggestions for others? I use CA communities as a platform for me to learn and grow. You learn not only by getting help from others but also by helping others. It is an excellent platform to keep oneself up to date on latest features, implementations and how the various solutions are being used at other customers. This in turn can give ideas on different ways to use the product for better results. My suggestion would be "Login at least once every day"

Mac or PC? PC

Mobile Device? Google Nexus and Apple iPad Mini

Apps/software/tools you can’t live without? Of course.. CA Communities.. apart from that News Apps, Internet Browser, Saavn (Indian music app), Netflix, You tube, Google mail, Maps and Fit.

Besides your phone and computer, what's your favorite gadget? iPad, Guitar

What’s your daily work space like? Productive and clean.

How do you balance life/work? Sometimes work can be really demanding, I still ensure I spend time with family, make it to Religious activities, Toastmasters speech club, guitar classes, health club etc. which keep me motivated.

Best advice you can give and you have received? Best advice I received is from my Dad, which is that Hard work always pays and a person who works hard will definitely get his due recognition.

What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else? Public Speaking, I have been a member of speech clubs right from my college and currently a member of Toastmasters.
