Getting to know our Community Member Spotlight - Matthias Lurschack
What is your current role?
Technical Consultant at Unisys Austria for almost 9 years – working with some nice tools in the broad CA product family (CAPC, CAPM, CAMM, NFA, eH, SP, APM, BSI) in several fields like:
- Continuous support for customer’s operation personnel (Integration, fault-clearing, Training, …)
- Continuous Requirements Analysis for Infrastructure Management Solutions in Service Assurance field
- Evaluation and tracking of issues & enhancements and ability to develop solutions for them within a project team
- Planning and realization of system & E2E tests
- Conception, creation and responsibility for completeness of testplans and testdata
- Design and Support UATs and OATs in Agile Software Projects
- Assistance in various projects in Fault-, Performance- and SLA-Management area.
- Contribution and concept-preparation for iterative testing of several Web Applications

What is the most challenging part of your current role?
Being in touch with the end customers every day personally for years now ;-)

As above, being in touch with the end customers every day personally ;-)
How have the communities helped you or been useful to you?
It brings the people (and their ideas) together! GREAT! Knowledge Transfer with “Power Users” and exchange solutions & ideas.
