One of the best things about participating in the community is the monthly webcasts that get recorded and posted to YouTube. Our YouTube channel has quickly become a valuable resource for many of our community members. Contributing valuable content to YouTube since July of 2012 has also garnered respect from Google, who has granted us some special capabilities like posting videos longer than 15 minute and our own custom URL (www.youtube.com/c/IMCommunity). By using YouTube for our replays, we've gotten some great analytics and have noticed a few trends. The main trend is that nobody has time to watch 1.5 hour long videos. As such, we'll be working to make the webcasts shorter and higher value so that you can get in, get what you need, and get on with business.
