Enhancement Request: Obtain Agentparm Information through LMI

As a Workload Administrator, I need to be able to run simple upgrades on top of existing release version of workload automation server & agent software.

As a Job Scheduler, i need an ability to define mutually exclusive jobs without using resources so that i no need to use performance intensive resources as a workaround to implement.

As a Job Scheduler, i need an ability to delete multiple resources from CLI based on pattern match
