By now I'm sure you've heard of the latest release of CA PPM 15.1. This release has industry changing capabilities designed from months of research, conversations and engaging with our PPM customers in participation programs. We appreciate our community helping us create new capabilities never before seen in market and improve our current solution capabilities. A few release highlights include ‘adaptive’ project manager support and time management functionality.

Adaptive project management capabilities are designed for ad-hoc projects that are smaller, take less rigor and are team managed. The benefits:

  • Simple management metrics to keep everyone informed
  • Configurable living status reporting so teams are kept up to date instantly when actions happen
  • Saves the project manager time in tracking down work about work
  • Relevant project coordination to keep project managers connected with their teams

New, simple time management capabilities and services for team engagement offer:

  • Easier access to application screens with better experiences for anyone required to entire time for their work

  • Simplified time entry in the context of where the work happens

  • Easy communication on time tracking and approvals
  • Integrated support for your software capitalization needs
