As expected, there have been a number of PPM themes discussed. I was most surprised about the Project to Program migration. I was happiest to hear the People side of Processes and Change. And I heard most consistently the concept of Business Outcomes being the Investment Drivers / the "Why". Below is some of the most popular content.
