Customer Validation Program

CA is pleased to invite you to participate in the CA Process Automation Validation Program. Your participation offers you the ability to validate/access Pre-Release CA Software for CA Process Automation in your own environment, allowing you to provide feedback on product enhancements, quality, and the Validation Program.

Your contribution to this critical product access and testing cycle is directly related to the success of the generally available (GA) release of CA products and ensures we deliver solutions that are ready to meet your real-world requirements.

As a participant in this Program, you will communicate directly with the Product Research and Development team to investigate and address any reported problems, questions, or comments.

To participate, you should be willing to:

  • Register in our validation community website and agree to the usual non-disclosure terms.
  • Set aside the time required to properly test the features of interest, and provide written feedback.
  • Attend the scheduled online presentation and demonstration events, depending on your time zone (calendar files provided once you register)
  • At the end of the beta program indicate your overall satisfaction by filling out a brief survey
