How do you use CA Communities and any suggestions for others? I have all my announcements and updates made through communities. This is the place where I get a chance to look at how my product is being used in different CREATIVE styles. The ideation process enables us to generate part of our product backlog which is very helpful. My sincere advice is to use communities to full extent and reap the benefits

Apps/software/tools you can’t live without? Sticky notes to free up my mind, social media apps for keeping up with my friends
Besides your phone and computer, what's your favorite gadget? ipod
What’s your daily work space like? Cubicle with lots of friends around me. A coffee cup which says “Go the Unbeaten path” and some idols. I am very religious
How do you balance life/work? Try to do smart work rather than hard work and take time out whenever possible. I try to forget everything when I am out of office but my mobile always beeps “You have got an email”
Best advice you can give and you have received? Try to make environment around you very lively and I am known for that
What everyday thing are you better at than anyone else? I first try to convince but if the other side is very stubborn then I try to confuse and win the battle.
