The purpose of this Advisory is to inform you of an outage that has been scheduled by ClickaTell, the SMS Service Provider for CA Advanced Authentication.
Clickatell’s migration to AWS will take place on Sunday, April 22nd from 7 AM to 9 AM GMT+2. Clickatell will be migrating their SMS infrastructure from Teraco Cape Town to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Moving to the cloud will enhance scalability, availability, and reliability of SMS gateway for providing greater agility to develop and deploy applications.
Impact
During this outage, you won’t be able to receive OTP SMS messages from CA Advanced Authentication.
