Introduction
After CA PAM is upgraded to 2.6 release, users are prompted with following error as they attempt to access Target Servers via CA PAM:
Message 0: Error occurred while trying to complete request. (12)
Instructions
Steps to resolve the error:
- Login to CA PAM
- Navigate to Config >> Security, 'Sign Xsuite Applets' panel
- Click on 'Sign Applets with Certificate'
- Log out from the CA PAM session
- Clear Java cache
- Re-login to CA PAM
For browser-based Administrative UI, please remove browser cached contents/data in addition to the above steps.
