Dear CA Service Management Community Member,

 

With so much going on in the Service Management Community I have consolidated recent activities in case you missed anything. I'll also note that it's been awhile (my bad!) since I've posted one of these so please post what I missed in the comments for others. We'll make this a collaborative effort!


Due to community member feedback from the January 2014 session, CA Support will be presented a follow-up session on the new Advanced Availability feature that was introduced in CA Service Desk Manager 12.9.  This session focused on specific use cases, with CA Support providing both content and demonstration on how Advanced Availability can be used in real world environments.

This is the first in a series of short video demonstrations that highlight the benefits and capabilities of the CA Service Management products. This installment covers some of the Incident and Problem Management flow that can be achieved using the web-based elements of the system and then shows how to extend the process flows through the use of the mobile app.
