What is your current role?
I am part of the Product Management team for CA Spectrum and CA Mediation Manager, and work closely with customers and bridge the gap with our engineering, L2 and Support teams, so that we build the right solutions and solve critical problems to ensure business continuity for our customers.
Previous roles?
Earlier, I was part of the engineering team. I've worked in different roles and also in different domains like Telecom, Networking, Virtualization, and Cloud.
What is the most challenging part of your current role?
Being a Product Manger for a B2B company, the most important thing is Domain Knowledge. Keeping up to date with existing and newer technologies remains a challenge
What part of your job are you most passionate about?
Product feedback. Understanding the perceptions and learning how the products get implemented, integrated and used in real life scenarios.
Favorite movie of all time?
Armageddon - Bruce Willis. This movie taught me to never give up and keep discussing ideas/solutions and not problems.
Favorite book?
