Automic integration to support.ca.com

Support.ca.com welcomes users of Automic!

 

Beginning Friday, April 13, at 7pm Eastern, users of Automic Support will be redirected to support.ca.com. There will be no "Open a Case" access from Friday, April 13 at 7pm until Sunday, April 15 at 12am. If you need to open a case during this time, please call: +1(425) 633-2580 or +43 5 708 080 to reach CA Automic Support directly. From outside North America, find your local phone number at Contact support.  

 

Current open and support cases closed within the last 15 months have been moved to the CA Support portal along with Knowledge Base Articles and Downloads.

 

If you are new to support.ca.com, you will be required to reset your password. If you are a current user of support.ca.com, you will continue to use your same login credentials to access Automic content.
