As you all (hopefully) know, CA Communities users can submit ideas (product enhancement requests) right in the global product communities. What some of you may not know, is that there is a "Vote History" feature built into ideas, which allows users to see who has voted on an idea and whether they up-voted or down-voted the idea.
To see the vote history any idea within the system, just follow these two easy steps:
1. Go to the idea you’d like to see a vote history for.
2. Scroll down beneath the “Actions” menu on the right-hand side of the page, until you see the “Vote History” section.
When scrolling through the vote history for an idea, remember that green arrows signify an up-vote to an idea, and red arrows denote a down-vote.
