While I tend to spend most of my day on the CA Communities, many rely more on e-mail to receive community information. If you are one of these individuals you may consider installing Jive for outlook. With it you can create discussions, direct messages, view your streams, including custom, and a few more right from your Outlook application. 
- To install - Select your avatar - Tools
- Select "Download Now" under Jive for Outlook.
- Now you will see extra Jive features right within outlook. Including customization options.
