Infrastructure Management -> Network Flow Analysis
Why do you feel engagement with peers in the Communities is so important?
It is a great way for me as a CA Employee and Support Engineer to see how our customers use our products, and a great way for me to get information out that may help our customers avoid problems or resolve them quickly without the need to open a Support case. It is also a great way for me to build relationships with customers. I also see great ideas on the communities which I can feed back to Development and Product Management.
Apps/software/tools you can’t live without?
Notepad ++, Wireshark, Process Explorer, MySql, CA RemoteEngineer, and CA NFA
Besides your phone and computer, what's your favorite gadget?
Samsung Smart TV with built in 4k YouTube, NetFlix, and Amazon Prime
What’s your daily work space like?
Three monitors, a wireless mouse, and a giant CA rubber band ball
How do you balance life/work?
I look to get the most out of my weekends and time off. I look to get up and out instead of being tied to a computer when I am off. I leverage our ability to work from home to help balance life/work.
Outside of work what do you enjoy doing?
I enjoy being outdoors and doing some hiking, going to the beach, spending time in Pennsylvania on the lake, going for a drive, or going to the city and exploring Central Park. I enjoy watching sports mostly baseball (NY Mets -unfortunately), football (KC Chiefs), and basketball.
