Dear CADRE community, This week the CA Datacom/Ideal team will be celebrating their 25th anniversary with CA. The local CA Plano team got together today for a bit of pizza and fun to celebrate. We even had one of the original founders of Datacom – Orrin Stevens – drop by and spend some time with the group reminiscing about all the fun we have had over the years. The actual date we all joined CA was October 19th 1988, but that is Saturday (so we figured after all these years, we could sneak it in a few days early). We also recognized some of the team members for their longevity working on Datacom/Ideal. Here are some of the most remarkable achievements: (William) John West celebrated his 40th year Joe Lynn celebrated his 38th year Bobby Delong – celebrated his 34th year Bob Harris – celebrated his 31st year Dave Ivers – celebrated his 31 years (in two stints) Dean Andersson celebrated his 30th year Dick Williamson – celebrated his 30th year Al Johnson – celebrated his 30th year. We also took a few minutes poking fun at our newest "young Datacom-ers" working in the Plano office. Giselle Davies – 3 months Fresa Solorio - 1 year Claudio Asangong – 1 year Richard Gilbert – 2 years Don Friedel – 2 years Becky medley - 3 years Gopi Suryadevara – 5 years. That all said, we could not have made this great achievement without you, our valued customers and colleagues! We wanted say thanks to all of you for your long-standing support of our CA Datacom/Ideal team. It has been a great 25 years and here is a wish for 25 more!!! The CA Datacom/Ideal team PS.
