Introducing: Sheila Miller, Sr. Product Manager – CA Technologies Sheila Miller is a Sr. Product Manager within the Data and Analytics Business Line at CA Technologies. In this role, she serves as a client facing resource for the IDMS and Datacom customer base. Sheila will assist in identifying customer centric requirements to grow the product / business strategy, will communicate the vision to internal and external stakeholders, and will work with the CA engineering teams using an Agile Scrum methodology to implement product capabilities. Sheila has more than 20 years of sales experience primarily in the mainframe market. She started her career at CA in 1988 – 1998 to return 16 years later taking on a position in Product Management. Prior to pursuing her new role at CA she served as a successful sales professional for software companies which included Progress Software - DataDirect and GT Software specializing in mainframe modernization / integration solutions. Sheila is adept at understanding and analyzing modernization requirements for customers, and as a result she has been recognized at executive levels as a consistent top achiever. She currently resides in Townsend, MA with her husband Don, son Shane, and yellow lab Kodi. When not working, Sheila enjoys many outdoor activities including golf, boating, skiing (water/snow), exercising and spending quality time with family and friends. She attended Northeastern University, majoring in Business.
