USM BinaryRelationship type "Is Bound To" is known as circular relationship. "Is Bound To" relationship in SOI create a symbiotic relationship between two objects – they each impact each other. This relationship is meant to be used between two CI’s at the same level – such as two mirrored DB’s.  When two CIs are connected to the same parent with Bounds relationship, each CI impacts the parent which in turn then impacts the other CI, and they keep bouncing back and forth.

What is the impact of this relationship if not used properly? If two children connect to the same parent via bounds relationships, any alert on one of them will bounce endlessly forth and back, eventually taking down the SOI manager.
