SOI\tomcat\trace.log will be empty if you have the <tns:traceEnabled> value set to false. if it is set to false then you'll have to do the following to enable it:
- Open SOI_MANAGER_HOME\tomcat\registry\topology\physical\node0\sor\sorapp.xml and search for element " <tns:traceEnabled>", value of this element should be true. If value is false, change it to true and save file
- Upload this file into registry by running "registryloader.bat" from SOI_MANAGER_HOME \tomcat\registry
- Restart SOI manager service
