When a Discovery Scope is either removed or changed so it is not included then all the devices being polled via that scope will be updated with a 'Polling Enabled' status of Out-of-Scope the next time discovery runs or the device is rediscovered.

If the discovery option 'Detect Out-of-Scope Devices is selected then the devices time to expire will be set and once met with the next discovery the device will be removed. This will remove its historical data, and even if the scope is re-enabled and the device added back the historical data will be gone.

The length of time in days for 'Device Expiration' is set at the Master Console under Config, Discovery Parameters.
