Looks good, but some suggestions...
Shouldn't Message Boards be Discussions? Seems like some of the wording is still based on the old platform.
And I don't really see any online chat. Unless you mean private discussions. But since they don't auto-refresh it can hardly be called a chat. At least it won't really be what people would expect from it.
Nice that Clarity features are taken from the community, but we don't use Clarity (and no CA sales people, we're not planning on buying it because of this remark). What does that mean for me? A more generic statement would be better. Something like: on average x% of implemented features for CA's products are taken from ideas submitted by the community. And mentioning a specific release, means this document will be outdated within a few months. Nothing says this was not a one time success.
Maybe add that (for the larger communities) on average x% of the questions is answered within y hours?
