SOI Tech Tips: Report returning error Max processing time or Max records limit reached

When running SOI reports, you will get

Error in file 'Detail Alerts'. Max processing time or Max records limit

reached.

 

By default, CABI Crystal Reports Processing Server is set to handle

20000 Records.

 

To set this to unlimited, you need to do the following:

 

Login CABI Central Management Console.

Select Servers

Right Click on the CrystalReportsProcessingServer, select Properties

Go to the section

Database Records Read When Previewing or Refreshing (0 for unlimited):

Default value is 20000

Enter 0, Save & Close.
