Unable to launch SOI 3.1 SP1 Console and it throws an error "missing required permissions manifest attribute in main jar" and the JRE version is 1.7
Solution:
The SOI application is blocked due to the new security setting added in the latest JAVA update. The workaround is Add the URL for SOI to the Exception Site list in the JAVA console under the security tab.
However, this has been fixed in the latest SOI 3.1 patch, please contact support for the patch
