If you’re doing basic performance monitoring with UC Monitor, the calls should show up as performance data no later than 5 minutes after completion of the call. You can actually see the call in the Calls report after one minute. If you’re doing a Call Watch, the data should show up no later than one minute after the Call Watch begins.
