*********Problem

Client is using RA V9.0.161 and running report on RA console.

Custom report> > The main issue is once report is created it will run fine, but once we make
change on it ( edit report, replace protocol or something like that) it will not rerun the report
just stays in queued all day even if you try to run it does not work.
So, the only time it works is if you created once than any modification done it will not run again.
---------Solution

Nqreporter process writes a message into Windows Application logs
regarding the status of the report. If the event log is full, it will pause
indefinitely waiting to write the status into application logs.
If you Right Click on the Application logs and clear the logs. Than Right click and Properties,
Switch the radio box to ‘Overwrite events as needed’ if it’s not pointing to
that one already. And try to run one of the existing reporters that you had issue before.”
