SOI 3.1, 3.2
SA Manager and UI are on separate servers.
Problem:
Attempting to login to Catalyst Registry, using "samuser" we get the following error:
“Login Failed. Please recheck server URL”.
https://xx.xx.***.xx:7493/registry/services
1. We changed the password for samuser as per implementation guide. Still we could not login to Catalyst Registry.
2. Uninstalled SOI Manager and UI and reinstall, same error message appeared during login.
Solution:
Open SOI\jsw\conf soi-manager.conf and add following lines
1. wrapper.java.additional.21=-Djavax.net.ssl.trustStore="C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SOI\tomcat\conf\ssa.jks"
2. wrapper.java.additional.22=-Djavax.net.ssl.trustStorePassword="%TOMCAT_KEYSTORE_PSWD%"
Note: Ensure number sequence is correct as per content of this file on env and that the path is correct for your installation.
Restart SOI Manager.
