You may receive following error with nhManageDbSpace when specifying a datafile size in MG

C:\Documents and Settings\concord>nhManageDbSpace -add -newPath H:/OracleDb/oradata/EHEALTH -tablespace NH_DATA01 -size 3000MG

Error: ' Not enough space on disk:

  directory : H:\OracleDb\oradata\EHEALTH\

  available : 35939.54 Meg

  required  : 3072000.00 Meg

Error: The program DbuDbSpaceManagerApp::AddDatafile failed.

Solution is to use  gigabyte like the command below, and the message of ‘Not enough space on disk’ appeared above is misleading, and can be ignored.

C:\Documents and Settings\concord>nhManageDbSpace -add -newPath H:/OracleDb/oradata/EHEALTH -tablespace NH_DATA01 -size 2G

Created: H:\OracleDb\oradata\EHEALTH\\NH_DATA01c.dbf
