Tech Tip: Time Filter on Report causing reports to hang in 'Running' status

In NFA 9.2 when adding a time filter to a Custom Report or Analysis Report where data is greater than 30 days the report will get stuck in 'Running' status.

This requires 2 conditions in order to cause this to fail.

- Report contains data that is older than 30 days

- Report has any time filter applied


This is a known defect and will be patched in the 9.2.1 release.


If you have created a report and it's hanging, and now need to stop the report to modify it to remove the time filter, recycle the NetQoS ReporterAnalyzer Report Service
