When using the the new feature "On-Demand Report Templates" it's been noticed that: 1. All users have access to this menu item.Even if you remove all role rights from the user's role, users can still access this feature and can view all other users created reports.
Status: Please be aware that CA are aware of this and are planning to fix this security issue in the release of 2.3.4, which is due later this year.
Fix: The ability to hide or show the Reports -> On-Demand tab based on a user role.
