Announcing CA Service Operations Insight 3.2 CU3!

Today, we are pleased to announce that CA Service Operations Insight 3.2 Cumulative Update 3 (CA SOI 3.2 CU3, RO73444) is now available for download.  Our cumulative updates are designed to significantly simplify how we can provide our customers incremental feature / function as well as maintenance currency in smaller and more frequent, easily digestible updates.


This cumulative update for CA SOI 3.2 includes:

  • CA Nimsoft Monitor Integration Certification
  • New CA Nimsoft Monitor connector (downloaded separately)
  • Simplified Catalyst Container for connectors (downloaded separately)
  • DR support with CA ARCserve Replication and High Availability 16.5
  • ServiceNow Dublin support
  • Support for EEM 12.5 and EEM 12.51
  • Additional solution / connector certifications
  • All current maintenance updates at the time of this announcement
  • CU simplified installation – can be applied to CA SOI 3.2 and up
