A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away...otherwise known as last decade in Austin, NetQoS support released a backup utility that could be used instead of the traditional procedure for backing up the MySQL databases behind the NetQoS products. That tool has evolved today to become DBToolv3.exe.
In addition to the tool, Stuart_Weenig has published his wrapper: NQBackup. You can find some discussions about it here.
