After upgrading Java version; Service Operation Insight Console does not launch .
Login would loop with the following Java errors.
The following steps resolved the problem:
1. Go to the General tab and select view under Temporary Internet files,
2. From the Show drop down at the top (by default Applications is selected) but do the same for all Resource listed in the drop down
3. Delete all the cache files for all the items,
4. Close the window
5. Click apply
6. Close Java control panel.
7. Close all opened browser windows
8. Log in to UI
9. Open up Console
