It can be very painful and cumbersome to collect logs manually from numerous servers hosting agents, execution servers and NAC. Release Automation provides an out of box feature to easily and elegantly collect logs from numerous component servers via ASAP. We always promote our customer to use this smart feature to collect logs systematically.

Logs can be collected from 4 different components via ASAP

1: Execution servers

2: Agent servers

3: Data Management servers

4: ASAP UI logs

Note: The mechanism to collect logs for above 3 components via ASAP is same, whereas there is slight modification to collect logs for ASAP UI.
