Configuration:

eHealth 6.3.0.05

Windows server 2003

Issue:

After Applying MS patches, eHealth one click console would not open and give "certificate error - Invalid Certificate". eHealth web is configured for https authentication.

Solution:

This issue can be fixed by just re-installing eHealth one click client on the system the error is reported. First step would be to verify that eHealth is accessible via web. Once done, follow the steps mentioned below.

Remove all the files from under, C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\CA

Open eHealth web and click on Administration tab.

Under eHealth Management click on OneClick for eHealth.

On right hand panel, click on Launch OneClick for eHealth to install one click.

Once done, launch one click console and log in as admin user to verify the fix.
