Issue:

Error when running nhGetSupportInfo command on Windows system.

$NH_HOME/ehealth/web/aview/perl/bin/perl: initVars 95: nhGetSupportInfo.sh 302: not found.

Solution:

An eHealth system should have Perl at $NH_HOME/perl that should be used by EH scripts.

To fix this issue, nhGetSupportInfo needs to be edited to use the $NH_HOME/perl instead of $NH_HOME/web/aview/perl.

Edit following script and make it to use $NH_HOME/perl one instead of web/aview/perl.

$NH_HOME/bin/nhGetSupportInfo.sh

Change line PERL_EXE="$NH_HOME/web/aview/perl/bin/perl -I$NH_HOME/web/aview/perl/lib" to PERL_EXE="$NH_HOME/perl/bin/perl -I$NH_HOME/perl/lib"

Once done, run following command to verify the fix:

nhGetSupportInfo -type configuration

Please contact CA Support, if the issue persist.
