Located on the Spectrum Product Page under News is the announcement letter with highlights of the H02 hotfix patch.
Also on the Spectrum Product Page under Popular Links - Maintenance Solutions & Patches the Spectrum r9.3 table has been updated with ftp links to H02 for the various operating systems, along with the Release Note for details of the solution included in H02 and any special considerations.
