It is observed that in MTP 10.0, if the MTP time zone is set to GMT+5.30, the drill down from CEM defect page to MTP will show 5.30 hours time behind in MTP analysis tab.
Solution:
On wily CEM defect page, there is a link web link given to navigate from CEM page to MTP analysis tab with "Click here" option. This link is generated by a web service call from MTP machine.
If time zone on MTP is configured with GMT+5.30, the navigation show improper time frame which is 5.30 hours behind.
Configuring MTP with GMT Time Zone will resolve the issue. This will not affect data collection. MTP will then generate correct URLs and the navigation from CEM defect to MTP shows the right time frame.
There is internal RTC defect#206531 raised.
