Dec 17, 2014 06:16 AM

Since Business Service Insight release 8.3, the uninstall feature is supported. But in some cases where unexpected results happened during the installation, it may happen that uninstall is not going to completely clean the system.

For such cases we recommend to go through the checklist in this document, in order to be sure that the system is clean.

Caution – it is advised to backup all customized files and data, including dump of the database.
