Prerequisites checklist

  • Browser compatibility
  • Required plugins
    • ROC Dashboard requires adobe flash player to be installed as plugin on respective browser so that reports can be rendered.

Note: plugin name which will be listed will be Shockwave Flash <version>

To check if plugins are installed or not please follow below

                    a.      Chrome: Adobe Flash Player plugin

        • Tip: In chrome type-in chrome:plugins

                    b.      IE: Click on tools->Manage Add-ons, select filter “All add-ons”

                    c.      Firefox: Tools -> Add-ons -> Plugins

  • Beside this it requires that Active-X rendering is enabled

          Note: ActiveX protocols are a set of reusable software. Configuration been made to them will be used by mostly all browser installed on system. Active-X configuration are available through IE so please make sure that Active-X

          rendering is not blocked. If blocked again Adobe flash player will not be able to render release reports.

          Check Active-X rendering configuration via IE. In this example IE 9 is used.

          For IE 8 it is done via Manage Add-on and disabling active-x control/plugin.
