To switch to SSL mode in WCC for r11.3.5/r11.3.6, wcc_config can be used.
The syntax is as follows:
wcc_config.sh -u <userName> -p <userPassword> --ssl ON (*nix)
or
wcc_config.bat -u <userName> -p <userPassword> --ssl ON (Windows) After you change the SSL mode, restart CA WCC services.

For a pre r11.3.5 release, the best practice is to reinstall WCC and select the SSL mode according to techdoc TEC611351.
