The ASAP client might not launch for users whose security setting is set to HIGH or VERY HIGH in the Java Control Panel.
Some users might receive a "Java Application Blocked" error when trying to launch ASAP.
Option 1 - For Java 6/7/8
Add an exception to RA in Java Control Panel's "Security" tab, under "Exception Site List".
Option 2 - For Java 6/7
Modify the security setting to MEDIUM in the Java Control Panel .
