Dear SaaS Customers and Partners,


We are pleased to inform you that as part of our continuing efforts to deliver an exceptional SaaS customer experience, we are partnering with Everbridge (Mass Notification Platform Service Provider), to provide our customers a richer and broader communication channel/s for important SaaS service advisories (major service incidents, upcoming planned or emergency maintenance and service release information). Beginning in mid-May, CA Technologies will communicate appropriate SaaS Service advisories leveraging Everbridge's Mass Notification Platform.


Service Advisories may include the following:


  • Major Service Incidents
  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Emergency maintenance
  • Service releases/Upgrade information


To begin receiving messages, download the attached PDF that are specfic to your SaaS service, follow the instructions to register, update your contact information and confirm your communication preferences via the CA Service Advisory Member Portal that we have enabled.
