Since NV 7.1.65 SP4 the help files have not been included with the installation. Selecting Help from either the NV Web or Console results in a web browser error.

To correct this netvoyant_help.zip available from here:

ftp://ftp.ca.com/pub/netqos/products/NV/7.1/netvoyant_help.zip

 

Then extract the contents into:

x:\NetVoyant\Portal\WebSite\help
