Environment: SOI 3.1,3.2,3.3
Selecting the "Synchronization Configuration" GUI in the SOI Webpage, generates the following error:
Configuration could not be loaded,please check configurator settings in sorapp.xml in the registry.
1. To resolved error, Go to \CA\SOI\tomcat\registry located on the SOI Manger machine, right click on registryloader.bat. Wait until the command is executed.
2. Restart CA SAM Application Server for synchronization to take effect and to ensure changes to reconciled data.
3. Run the prime utility tool located under SOI_HOME\tools to fully synchronize all existing data in the SOI environment.
