Service Operations Insight

1. You would need to have the the following created in Oracle Server

• Datamart and Staging Tablespaces for CCC
• CCC user
• Grant Privileges to the oracle user.

     Please refer Script to create CCC tablespaces, CCC user name and Grant Privileges in CA Communities

2. Run the CCC installer and follow the screen shots below to install only the WebApp and DB Scripts, this does NOT install the Database Schema on the Oracle Server.
