Environment: SOI 3.x
Problem:
I can see alerts for CI in 'Alerts' tab but can nott see those alerts in 'Service' tab for same CI added to some service
Solution:
- Check in 'Available Filters' if it is set to 'All Alerts'
- Check in 'Alert Filters' if you have any filter added
- Clean Java Cache as
Close java console
Launch 'Configure Java'
Under 'General' tab click Settings and click 'Delete Files'
Select 'Trace and Log files' 'Cache Application Applets'
Save settings and click Ok 'Configure Java'
- launch console.
