When running Site to Site reports, 15 minute resolution reports can require much more time to generate than the same report using 1 minute resolution.
This is normal operation of the application, and is due to differences in how 15 minute and 1 minute data are stored and the underlying queries that are required to generate each type of report. The number of sites included in a report will also add to the length of report generation.
